Return And Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Klyvenora. You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for returns:

1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@klyvenora.shop with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
